WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I will NEVER use UPS to ship packages internationally again. I jumped through all of the hoops required by customs in Germany, filled out all of their forms, even SPOKE to them, to ensure that my daughter's much needed medication would be delivered to her as she had an infection in a surgical site on her knee. This was on June 3, 2024. The medication was NEVER DELIVERED. It is still floating around Germany somewhere accumulating more "shipping charges", and my daughter had to pay to see a physician in a foreign country. It is now June 28th, 25 days later, and still no package has ever been delivered even though it keeps saying "out for delivery". Absolutely HORRIBLE service! I am ashamed of you UPS. You can do better!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the distress and inconvenience caused by the delay in delivering your daughter's medication.
Unfortunately, medications are listed as prohibited items for standard shipping to Germany due to strict and varying regulations regarding pharmaceuticals. These regulations often require additional documentation and special procedures for export, which can complicate the shipping process.
As per our tracking, there was an issue with the customs broker, and the recipient was not able to provide the necessary documentation, which caused the shipment to be returned. We deeply regret the impact this has had on your daughter and her health.

Shipment shipped fine, but was held at customs at Stansted London for 7 days. I was told all I could do was wait for the tracking to up date. Shipment delivered on day 11 (on a 2 day service).
