Waste of time and money

I needed this package to be delivered within 3-5 days as advertised. After dropping off at my local UPS store on Tuesday 3/11 at 9:30am, my package was finally picked up after 6pm the next day by UPS. When tracking revealed it was still in transit on the 17th, I called UPS international and they were completely clueless. It is now Wednesday March 19. The recipient just texted and said they received a message the package will arrive Thursday the 20th. The package contents are no longer useful due to the delay
