Be careful when using this service as I got charge import tax and fees even if the package was supposed to be tax free. I had previously used this service with no difficulties. Communication with parcel monkey has been slow at best. Do some research before using UPS as it appears that it is a common issue

Shipping cost

My package was brought to the ups and was weight and checked so not sure why there are additional cost. My package weight even less then I put on the description.
On top of that 109 dollars The person received the package was charged almost $100 as well eventhough it was a gift. So you telling me I paid almost $300 for a small 18lbs package that makes absolutely no sense. I am beyond shocked. And will never use this service again.

This service was so easy to use and my package arrived to Algeria in 6 days!! It was held at customs for pick up by the recipient which was expected but no issues there either. Would highly recommend using Parcel Monkey to send packages overseas.. saved me hundreds of dollars in shipping when compared to using the courier services directly.

USPS is a DISGRACE

0 stars, that's my rating. 6-10 business days, shipped on Dec 9th, today Dec 28th hadn't even left the US. USPS as always a disgrace for a business in this country. Never again.
