Shipment was handled as expected. No problems delivered sooner than I thought possible, and at ar less cost than other carriers. I I have used parcel monkey for several shipments to Australia, and I am totally satisfied.

Highly recommended for shipping as personal, non-commercial purposes.

Pros: It is cheaper, insured, tracked, and can drop off at USPS office.
Cons: It took 3 weeks from Seattle to Tokyo, and the tracking may not be detail enough for commercial purposes.
