WOW! This service was easy and efficient! My package arrived overseas in less than two weeks with all items in perfect condition. Even though the local post office worker did not have a clue about how to mail this, I just followed Parcel Monkey's instructions and everything went well!

I am not sure why the distribution center has the negative reviews but I guess when you handle a lot of packages they don't all work out. I would have liked a bit more information on where in the delivery route the package was at since it was going overseas and when it left the distribution center the info was not verbose.
