Excellent, excellent, excellent!!!!! Easy, fast, reliable, and very reasonable cost!!!

If you order PICK UP , be prepared that it will NOT HAPPEN.

I had to call Fedex directly to inquire about the Pick Up service for both of my most recent orders. They had NO RECORD of a Pick Up! They then intervened and offered to send a truck within an hour of my call which I made to them a about 4:30 PM after waiting all day. A truck showed up and picked up the air shipment to Switzerland. The pick up for the Ground shipment to Florida arrived AFTER I finally decided to drop off the shipment myself. I had to drop it off after my customer threatened to cancel the order if I did not give him proof of shipment. A total mess. How can it be that Fedex had no record of a pick up even though I had Fedex shipping labels ? Had I not called them NOTHING would have happened. Please look into your software system and ensure that you did not inadvertently set up the orders for drop off by mistake. I don't know if I can trust the system anymore.

It has been absolute best .I moved from coast to coast in USA .Received all my 5 - 60lbs boxes before time ..approx 4 days ( with out any damage) .Baggages includes, glass, cloth what not all household items.
