I LOVE ParcelMonkey! I didn't have to go through the hassle of making a Fedex account and then schedule a pick up. ParcelMonkey did all that for me! Plus they saved me money on shipping heavy items vs. the cost of the direct courier. I was worried when the Fedex pick up guy will show up since I didn't get any notification but they showed up the next morning to pick up! The customer service online staff is great, although wish it was 24/7 service but that's me being picky. I also used ParcelMonkey for international shipping and even that was hassle-free! Definitely recommend this service and I'll continue to use!

Fantastic. Package picked up from my home and delivered on time. No waiting in line ever again! And it is so easy to track your package. Highly reccomend this service!
