reliable pick up

Have used the service twice and pick up has been great. Not sure on delivery why it sits so long in places, but otherwise good.
Fed Ex came both times.

If you have a pickup at a college dorm, forget FedEx!

This pickup was for my college daughter wrapping up her year and leaving her dorm. I was not given more than a 12 hour window for pickup, and with her having finals that day was an issue. But what they did not ever tell me was that they would not enter a student facility, ever, and though they showed up and probably saw the boxes sitting just inside the door, they wouldn't come in, and did not ask anyone inside if they could move the boxes outside of the door, and did not contact my daughter to see if she could do the same. She was available, but never got the call. She in the end had to get a taxi and deliver the boxes to FedEx so that they could send them along. The local clerks at the FedEx she went to were very helpful, but the whole experience was disappointing. And of course the $70 I paid for pickup was lost.
