Terrible! I had to drop one package myself and I am still waiting for others to be picked up. Highly unreliable and frustrating!
And I am sorry if your system is telling you that it was picked up by you just because it somehow got to the courier and it's delivering it now because no one came to pick it up.Agent replied on 06/08/2019

Hi Steve
We dont actually give out pickup numbers for the shipments. You receive a shipping label which you can place on the parcel and if you have requested a pickup this is arranged for you.
