Service sucks cant track monkey parcel is part of the problem cant even find number to track it with and my oackage sat in Chicago for 3days it was go I no to Idaho from mich should not take 6 days

Damaged Parcel

Package arrived to end location ripped a part and contents completely torn up and damaged. Fragile stickers were all over the package, and NO care was taken to be fragile with item. Expecting a full refund for services in line with insurance with purchased on the shipment.
