Wow… amazing rates for international shipping to China. Saved me over $200 from shipping directly from major carriers, even though the major carriers were still used. Yes it took little longer, but it still go there!

Parcel Monkey is a Fraud

Paid $128 for a small package (eye glasses) that was sent to a hotel in Greece from Colorado. Service said 5-6 days for delivery. Nine days later and the package still hasn't arrived and the person who needed the glasses is now departing.
Absolute waste of $128. I have contacted Parcel Monkey numerous times for support and received nothing. Definitely the last time I use Parcel Monkey and I will do my best not to use DHL.
Parcel Monkey has no customer support and will leave you with a bill but no delivery. There are dozens of other companies that provide the same service but actually respond and help their customers. Parcel Monkey is not a service I trust or would recommend ever again.
