Virus Warning

The label downloaded to print and brought a virus with me that nearly ended my computer hard drive. I won't be using this service ever again.

Regret for the inconvenience. We have not encountered such issues still not from any of our customer. The issue could in your system. Please check.

Barcode wouldn't scan at drop off point and support unable to resolve - cancelled!

Barcode wouldn't scan (printed on good quality laser printer) at listed Drop Off point for FedEx.
Tried a second site and worked just fine.
Appears it was a scanner issue at the drop point.
Parcel was received as scheduled.

Barcode wouldn't scan at listed Drop Off pint for FedEx.
Chat agent was very slow and provided no assistance of use.
Won't be using again.

Regret for the issue. We have checked with Fedex and they confirmed low quality pinter used for the label to print, which they unable to scan the barcode.
