Can my item be delivered on the weekend or Bank Holidays?

When you choose a carrier on the Parcel Monkey marketplace, you can find more delivery information on the specific service you are booking via the information tab. The vast majority of services are delivered only on working days, Monday to Friday.

Please be aware of bank holidays in the destination you are shipping to, as this can cause a delay in the arrival of the parcel. These days can occur all over the world such as for Chinese New Year. 

For more flexibility why not book a delivery to a drop off location? This would mean the person expecting the parcel doesn’t have to wait in for the goods to arrive and can then collect at their convenience. 

You can of course send gifts for seasonal holidays such as Valentine's Day but always be aware of public holidays especially when sending overseas as it can cause a delay to your shipment.
